Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and placing an order with DTF Foundry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full prior to printing. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Invoices for bulk accounts are strictly on a 14-day term unless otherwise negotiated.
Artwork Submission
Customers are entirely responsible for the legality of the artwork they submit. DTF Foundry assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied files. We print what is provided. If artwork is blurry, low-resolution, or contains background boxes, we make reasonable efforts to flag it, but the ultimate responsibility rests with the customer.
Turnaround Times
Our stated turnaround time of 24-48 hours is a target for dispatch, not a guarantee. Large volume orders, equipment maintenance, or holiday periods may extend this timeframe.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall DTF Foundry be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability in any dispute shall be limited strictly to the monetary value of the transfers purchased.
Refunds & Reprints
If a transfer is structurally defective due to our printing process, we will reprint the affected sheet at no cost. We do not offer refunds or reprints for errors originating from customer-supplied artwork (e.g., spelling mistakes, low resolution, incorrect dimensions).
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
What We Collect
We collect your name, email address, physical address, phone number, and any artwork files you provide to us when you make a purchase or submit an enquiry.
How We Use It
Collected information is used exclusively to fulfill your orders, provide customer support, and occasionally send critical service updates. We do not use your artwork for marketing purposes without explicit permission.
Data Storage
Data forms submitted via our site are stored securely using Formspree and Shopify data processors. All internal order management remains on Australian-based, secured servers.
Disclosure of Data
We never sell your personal data. We only share necessary information with trusted third-party service providers (like Australia Post or courier services) explicitly for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Your Rights
Under Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and request its deletion. Account deletion requests will remove your profile, though past invoice records must be kept for 7 years for taxation compliance.
