Because DTF transfers are produced to your artwork and specifications, we can’t accept change‑of‑mind returns.
- If something arrives damaged or clearly mis‑printed, contact us within 7 days.
- We may ask for photos and batch details so we can investigate.
- Where an issue is on us, we’ll reprint or credit you — agreed in writing.
